Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy
Thank you so much for choosing my services — I truly appreciate it. To ensure a smooth experience for everyone and to protect scheduled time, please review the policy below:
To reserve your appointment time, a deposit may be required. All deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable and apply toward your total.
Cancellations & Rescheduling
• Appointments may be cancelled or rescheduled with at least 48 hours’ notice.
• Cancellations made with 48+ hours’ notice will not be charged beyond the deposit — however, the deposit remains non-refundable and non-transferable.
• Cancellations or reschedules made within 48 hours of the appointment will be charged 50% of the service total.
• Cancellations within 24 hours or no-shows will be charged 100% of the service total.
Late Arrivals
• A 10-minute grace period is allowed.
• Arrivals beyond 10 minutes may result in a shortened service to stay on schedule.
• Arrivals of 15+ minutes may be treated as a late cancellation and charged accordingly.
